About the recipe

In this Easter masterclass, we'll be preparing three traditional dishes that are staples on the festive table

The first dish will be a classic stuffing made with smoked meat, eggs, bread, and herbs. The second will be a beloved cheese, commonly made in households across the eastern part of Slovakia—a sweet “cheese” crafted from eggs, milk, and raisins. These delightful dishes will be served alongside a homemade beetroot and horseradish salad.

As part of the class package, you’ll also receive a recipe for traditional Easter bread, which you can bake the day before to complement all these delicious meals
