Almond Crescent is a delicious buttery and crispy pastry made from quick laminated dough. Layers of dough alternate with layers of butter creating a rich yet delicate, spider-net texture.

Crescent pastries are filled with homemade frangipane (made from scratch) and Chocolate and baked until crispy perfection. This is a perfect breakfast pastry similar to quick-croissants yet technically less challenging and made in less time
