In the class we’ll explore a rich and very unique Easter traditions in Slovakia and Eastern Europe and learn how to make three savory recipes

  • Spinach roulade - filled with cheese and egg spread (and optionally smoked salmon)

  • Hrudka - traditional sweet & savory eggy cheese made with herbs and raisins

  • Velkonocna plnka - bread and meat (or mushroom) Easter stuffing baked until crispy and served with the side of pickles and pickled beets
