Class on two very traditional savory dishes that together create a perfect combo! Podpecnik is a savory pie and national dish, somewhat resembling Slovak-style pizza that is traditionally made with Bryndza (sheep cheese) that is a base and a layer of toppings like bacon, roasted onions or dill on top. Kulajda is a hearty Czech soup made with dried mushrooms, potato and herbs and finished with a cream for rich and tangy flavor. Podpecnik and Kulajda make a great dinner or lunch comfort meal
