Delicious class on two kinds of (not only) breakfast buns, especially suitable for those that love baking with a sourdough starter as well as those looking to learn how to start from the very beginning. In the class we'll prepare two doughs - one made with yeast and one made with sourdough starter and observe the differences
We’ll learn how to work with both types of the dough and how any recipe can be modified from yeast-based to sourdough or other way around. In the class, we'll make and bake breakfast buns made with yeasted dough and I will provide instructions on how to finish up sourdough buns once done with the rising. Types of the buns prepared in the class:
Sweet orange & cinnamon breakfast buns (yeasted & sourdough version)
Savory pesto, olives, feta, cheddar and roasted pepper swirls (yeasted & sourdough version)
