In the class on this staple meal we’ll learn how to make a delicious hearty Ukrainian Borsch made of: made with a beetroots, various root vegetable, lots of dill, thickened with potatoes and optionally, made even more delicious with meat 

  • Beetroots and various other root vegetables

  • Made with pork or beef meat and salo/ slanina (vegetarian version also available)

  • Tomatoes and loads of dill

  • Soup is finished and thickened in a traditionally with sour cream
