Khachapuri is a traditional Georgian cheese bread that can be, based on a region where it is made shaped differently. In the class we’ll make together a famous boat-shaped Khachapuri Adjaruli (from the region of Adjara) filled with cheese mix and other toppings. When served, the bread crust is traditionally torn off and dipped into melted cheese and egg. Besides typical cheese Khachapuri we'll also try a version with dried tomatoes and spinach
In the class a special guest, my good friend from Georgia, will join us to share a little bit about the culinary heritage and culture of his homeland. It will be fun!
