Momos are a staple Nepalese meal served as an appetizer or a main course. Momos are made with thin dough wraps and filled most traditionally with buffalo, chicken or vegetable filling. Dumplings are always steamed and served with sesame & tomato sauce. In the class we’ll learn how to shape momos two different ways following an authentic homemade recipe that I took with me from living in Nepal
