Tyrolean Strudel

Tyrolean Strudel is an Austrian winter delicacy usually accompanied with a cup of coffee. Unlike paper thin hand-pulled strudel, this one is made with a quick puff dough enriched with sour cream and usually filled with sweet cottage cheese with raisins or apples. In the class we’ll make two Strudels filled with both fillings
